The Mercedes-Benz G-Class has been available in its current
configuration since 2018, when the company unveiled a significant revamp for
its off-roader. The model received new technologies and more efficient
powertrains but did not receive a significant cosmetic update. A new collection
of spy images reveals that the G-Class is currently undergoing preparation for
a mid-cycle facelift, which should only include modest design changes.
The cabin, though, is anticipated to get more modifications.
Although a new entertainment system will undoubtedly be included, it is unknown
whether Mercedes will give it's luxury off-roader the same big screen layout as the S-Class,
C-Class, and SL. The Stuttgart-based automaker's G-Class is now the sole model
available without the newest MBUX.
